Leadership

Bro. Eric came to First Baptist Church as Associate Pastor/Youth Minister in 2003.  In 2005 he became the Senior Pastor.  Bro. Eric serves with his wife Jodi Harriman.  They have three children, and three grandchildren. 

Born and raised in Arkansas, Jessica is a graduate of Delta State University in Cleveland, MS and a former Life Action Ministries team member. After touring two years as a musician with Life Action, God brought Jessica to FBC. She and her husband, Bryan, are talented musicians with a passion for leading others in worship.

Sonja Carroll currently serves at the Women's Ministry Leader at First Baptist Church.  Sonja formerly served at the Music Minister for First Baptist Church before answering the call to Women's Ministry.  Sonja serves with her Husband, John, who is a deacon, Sunday School teacher and Church Accountant.  Together they lead discipleship programs in the church. 

Deanna Lee is our Children's Minister.   Deanna "grew up" in First Baptist Church and surrendered to ministry at the age of 12.  She loves missions and loves teaching children about Jesus and working with families in our church.   Deanna is married to Hayden Lee who teaches at a Local High School and also serves in the Children's Ministry, leading the 5th and 6th Graders.  They have two children, Elias and Indie.

Jake Bennett serves as our Youth Minister.  Jake is a former youth who moved to Colorado out of college to work for Focus on the Family.  After returning home to Columbia, Jake replaced his former youth minister and began to serve on staff.
